Why Business Needs Art: a Mini-Conference

[vc_row][vc_column][rs_space height=”60px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text align=”left”]The Artian is Back to Campus Madrid and will host talks on matters of creativity in business. An issue that has and will continue to work its way into the business world – how to be creative, how to create a creative environment and others.

Creativity is already agreed to be the key to success in the new world and it is the new currency of the future. Leaders should ask themselves what can be changed in a bottom-line thinking or better put, is it possible for them to realize that the dilemmas in question that are facing cannot be solved by traditional management behaviors and tools?

We argue that in order for businesses to unlock creativity and to be prepared for the future they will have to pay attention to qualities such as imagination, energy, vision, expression and sensitivity which can be learned from the arts.
